2010新竹風城盃飛行傘全國排名邀請賽
一、主旨：為促進新竹縣觀光休閒及飛行運動之推展,促進國際交流
二、指導單位：行政院体育委員會, 中華民國飛行運動協會
三、主辨單位：新竹縣政府
四、承辨單位：新竹縣體育會飛行運動委員會,新竹縣飛行運動協會
五、協辦單位：橫山鄉公所, 中華民國滑翔運動協會
六、比賽地點：新竹縣橫山鄉田寮村木頭山飛行場
七、比賽時間：99年5月29日至30日 共 2 天
八、比賽程序
5月29日(星期六) 8:30~9:30 報到： 田寮降落場
9:30~10:00 開幕典禮：田寮降落場
10:00~18:00 比 賽 18:30~21:00 選手之夜
5月30日(星期日) 9:00 報到： 田寮降落場
9:30~15:00 比 賽
16:00~16:30 頒 獎： 田寮降落場
九、比賽項目：Ａ組越野 Ｂ組定點比賽
十、比賽方式：由大會及裁判組依當天氣候狀況決定
Ａ組比賽：越野競賽，預計每天一個航次計算成績
Ｂ組比賽：定點，預計每位選手每天飛行最多3航次
起飛後降落指定地點，之後向裁判報到簽名，完成該航次比賽。
Ｂ組定點區半徑大小為10 米
十一、比賽規則： 其他比賽安全規定依照全國比賽之規則實施
十二、裁判編組：由中華民國滑翔運動協會合格裁判人員遴選擔任。
十三、報名辦法：
(1) 一律由團体（各地方分會）報名
(2) 報名資格：A組須持有中級飛行証以上之飛行員。
B組須持初級以上飛行証之飛行員。
(3) 報名日期：99年 5月22 日止（逾期不予受理）

(6) 競賽保險：報名時請詳細填寫資料以便辦理保險。
十四、獎勵：每組個人取前3名頒獎牌1面、獎品各乙份。團体成積取前3名頒獎牌1面。
十五、一般規定及行政事項：
1. 飛行員之裝備由選手依等級自備。
2. 比賽期間選手之午餐便當及飲料晚餐會,5月29日選手之住宿由大會提供安排
3. 比賽期間選手裝備運送、回收，由大會調派車輛接送。
4. 需另代訂住宿處者請於5月22日前告知．
十六、本計劃若有未盡事宜，另於賽前修正公告之。

本屆風城盃將提升為FAI二類賽事
所有選手(含A,B組)皆須具有FAI sporting license始符合參賽資格
未具有FAI sporting license者 當天可申請加入
2010 ShinChu - Taiwan XC Open Paragliding Championship

#Location of the launch: ShinChu Wood-Mountain is in the ShinChu of Taiwan, it is 45 km from TaoYuan international airport. LZ Coordinate are N24 41.954 E121 06.273 on Google Earth
#Direction to the site: International Airline to TaoYuan international airport (Northern Taiwan), we can arrange for pick up from airport if the arrival time of the party is given 3 days ahead of time)
#Competition Task style: Cross country/Accuracy
1. Category A：Cross country (FAI sanctioned cat 2 event)
2. Category B：Accuracy (non-FAI sanctioned event)
#Competition rules:
Event will be conduct according to FAI rule section 7 and General section, flight log verification by CompeGPS Competition, Scoring by RACE. Local regulation not conflicting with the FAI regulations will be applied and explain to the pilots before the opening of tasks.
Juries will be appointed by Chinese Taipei Paragliding Association. Judge for accuracy are from local Chinese Taipei Paragliding Association and rules will be apply according to FAI section 7 sport code.
#Qualification for entry:
All pilots entry for cross country must have a FAI sporting license. Local pilots must have an advance pilot license to enter for cross country competition. Accuracy is open to all for the competition.
# How to enter:
Enter fee is 50USD for XC and accuracy competition.
There is no selection criteria for this event, all pilots with a valid FAI sporting license can join, but for your own safety reasons, pilots for XC event should make sure they have sufficient experience on XC flying.

1.Pilot night (party) will be held on 5-29-2010 on the landing zone.
2.Lunch and water will be provided during the meet.
3.Traveling to launch and retrieval on XC competition.
4.Cheap lodging will be included for 5-29-2010 (Pilot only).
